On Tuesday, November 22, 2011, the 2nd edition of season 3 of “Toquissimes” will take place, featuring the Michelin-starred chef Fabrice Vullin! In addition to creating the menu on the theme “Olive oil in all its forms,” Fabrice Vullin will give a cooking class to the 4 student winners of the “A vous la toque!” competition.

The CROUS of Nice-Toulon and La Recette Magique are continuing their collaboration, which began in 2008, to introduce gastronomy to students in university restaurants.

Fabrice Vullin, the Michelin-starred chef of the gastronomic restaurant La Chèvre d’Or in Eze, has created the menu that will be prepared by the university restaurant teams on this day.

The gastronomic lunch (appetizer, main course, dessert) is offered to students at the price of 3.05 euros, which is the price of a student meal ticket.
