Christian Estrosi opened the conference “Stakes and Experiences in the Connected City: Improvement of Citizen’s Security and Quality of Life” in Tel Aviv on Monday and presented his experience with the smart city.
The city of Nice is currently a leader in Smart Cities and ranks 4th in the world in the ranking by the American research company Juniper Research, which specializes in new technologies.
The 2015 Conference “Safe and Smart Cities” is dedicated to “Urban Resident Security”, focusing on security issues and quality of life in the broadest sense.
The conference brings together about 200 key players and decision-makers from the French and Israeli industries (innovative technologies, security systems, entrepreneurs, etc.), from the political and municipal scene (mayors and city leaders), and experts in relevant fields.
On this occasion, Christian Estrosi announced that Nice will host this specialized conference on security and quality of life issues in 2016.
