An important annual event for over 15 years, the FAST festival is scheduled over 2 days on May 26 and 27 at the Lino Ventura theater, featuring shows performed by students from Ariane under the guidance of their teachers and professional artists.
The aim of this festival is to promote the French language and allow students to develop their skills in this area. It is also an opportunity for them to enrich their cultural journey, meet artists, and perform on stage in front of a large audience, including their families.
Since the beginning of the school year, a group of teachers and students from Ariane, from CP to 6th grade, have been working around the theme “Dreams and Realities.”
Approximately 225 schoolchildren and secondary school students from the Ariane institutions will present shows on this theme, combining various artistic disciplines: theater, visual and video productions, dance, and choirs at the Lino Ventura Theater.
Groups have accompanied them in these creations: Cie Gorgomar, Collectif Mains d’oeuvre, Héliotrope/Il était un truc, Cie Bakhus.
Of note this year is the exceptional participation of about ten children from the SESSAD (Specialized Education Service).
This year, this initiative is supported by the Grain de Sable Association, with the assistance of the City of Nice, NCA, CG06, Acse, the national education system, the Ariane/Jaubert Ambition Success Network, and the Lino Ventura Theater team, which provides the performance hall for rehearsals and shows.
