The non-profit Nice Association 1 Max de Bruit and the City of Nice
present Rock Fest 2014, 100% Rock, 100% Talent, 100% Generosity!
Friday, May 30 & Saturday, May 31, 2014, at the Théâtre de Verdure in Nice
11 local bands with 100% Rock inspiration will take turns on the prestigious stage of the Théâtre de Verdure, in the heart of Nice, facing the sea, to offer you original compositions or legendary tributes!
2 incredible evenings for 2 key associations, MEGHANORA and Together with Hugo, dedicated to one sole cause: helping children affected by cancer.
MEGHANORA is the only Association in France fighting against childhood kidney tumors. We have been supporting it for 2 years now.
Its goal is to raise funds to help research combat these diseases and improve treatments (see attached leaflet).
It was only natural for us to also decide to associate
Together with Hugo with Rock Fest 2014.
This Nice association, created in 2012 initially to assist the parents of little Hugo, who has cancer (Neuroblastoma with N-myc amplification), and to allow his parents to accompany him throughout his treatments, also works to raise awareness of this very rare type of cancer and support research (see attached leaflet).
All proceeds from Rock Fest 2014 will be entirely donated to these two associations as their fight against pediatric cancers is perfectly aligned.
Of course, all organizers, musicians, and technicians who have joined us are volunteers.
