Thus, the departmental youth climbing challenge has now been named the “Patrick Berhault Departmental Climbing Challenge,” in tribute to this exceptional climber who passed away ten years ago.

During these two days, five emblematic sites of the mid and high country – The Col de La Colmiane (Valdeblore), the Guy Dufour climbing site (Valdeblore, La Colmiane), the Lycée de la Montagne (Valdeblore La Bolline), and Le Boréon (Saint-Martin-Vésubie), the Town Hall square (Saint-Martin-Vésubie) – will offer a wide audience the chance to discover or rediscover outdoor sports activities.

Throughout the weekend, young and old, families or friends, will be able to participate in over 40 free activities, some of which are intended for people with disabilities, upon presentation of the passport issued at the General Council’s stand.
