The Summer Evenings at the Museum of Wonders in Tende

The Museum of Wonders is located at the foot of the Valley of Wonders, one of the most important rock engraving sites in Europe.

This departmental museum contributes to the protection of this exceptional heritage, serving as a place for conservation, research, and exhibition of the knowledge gathered by researchers.

Throughout the summer, conferences, activities, and free concerts on archaeology are organized there.

Here is the program:

July 11: “The First Men of the Alpes-Maritimes”;

July 18: “The Bronze Age in the Alpes-Maritimes”;

July 25: “Sacred Art in the Middle Ages in the Alpes-Maritimes”;

August 8: “The Theme of Music in Painting from the Middle Ages to the 18th Century”;

August 22: “The Alpes-Maritimes from 1939 to 1945”.
