The Cimiez Festival is organized alongside the Academy around more than 40 concerts and the most prestigious soloists. Inseparable from the history of the Academy, these serenade concerts are an extension of the teaching provided and for many students, the goal to be achieved.
Recital, chamber music, concertos, the quality of the musical program combined with the charms of the Cloister of the Cimiez Monastery endowed with a unique acoustic, offer precious moments to many privileged music lovers in the romantic environment of its rose garden.
The major orchestral ensembles and exceptional evenings are hosted at the Grand Auditorium of the Nice Conservatory, with 700 seats for perfect acoustics.
A new space for meeting and discovery between jazz and classical, world music and contemporary music, images and sounds… in a new venue.
The Cimiez Festival is complemented by the Jacques Taddei International Competition with performances by the laureates, public master classes, auditions of young talents from the Academy, and conferences.
