Mobilized by the business network IMS-Entreprendre pour la Cité, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and their partners[i], about fifty job seekers met on Saturday with representatives and human resources managers from seven companies: Amelis Services, Interima, Lafayette Gourmet, Mane, Manpower, Sita Rebond Interim Insertion, and the Union Professionnelle Artisanale.
On the program: recruitment interviews and interview simulations to help job seekers from the neighborhoods of Saint-Laurent-du-Var and Les Moulins in Nice in their professional integration process.
This meeting was the first in a series of four ‘Businesses and Neighborhoods’ events organized by IMS and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, aimed at bringing companies closer to job seekers from the neighborhoods. About twenty positions were available: the candidates pre-selected yesterday will enter the recruitment process of the companies and may be offered positions on permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, temporary assignments, or apprenticeships.
Renewed for the 3rd consecutive year with the support of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, this project last year helped aid 205 job seekers in their professional integration pathways.
