Relative to the population, the highest estimated number of jihadists comes from Bosnia and Herzegovina (92 per million inhabitants), followed by Kosovo (83) and Albania (46).
Among Western European countries, Belgium is at the top, with an estimated 40 jihadists per million inhabitants, followed by Sweden (32) and Denmark (27).
