The 15th edition of the Entreprenariales is organized by UPE06, with the support of CCI Nice Côte d’Azur and Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur, at the Allianz Riviera on the theme “Women in Business”.
The objective of this event: to provide business leaders, in one place and during a single day, all the information necessary for the management and creation of their company, thus enabling them to find concrete solutions to their development and management issues.
A unique day – December 1st – at a unique site – the Allianz Riviera! – will facilitate the gathering of all economic actors and their service providers in the department, the organization of round tables to reflect and think differently by taking a step back in an unusual setting, away from the contingencies of everyday life…
Women in Business will be the guiding theme of the day.
As Bruno Valentin, responsible for organizing the Entreprenariales and vice-president of UPE06, explains, it’s about reflecting on the emergence of feminine values within the company, long dominated by masculine values.
“These values, much more than being attached to individuals, define a mode of operation. Where a ‘masculine way of operating’ will prioritize rationality, the power of conviction, hierarchical authority, boldness, a ‘feminine way of operating’ will favor perseverance, patience, listening, emotional intelligence, psychology…”
His conclusion? “We are dealing with different values that need to be harmonized. In the end, it is the company that will benefit.”
