Anne Santamans and Charlotte Bonnet stood on the podium at the World Championships in the 25-meter pool held in Doha.
The two swimmers from ONN were part of the French team in the 4×50 medley relay, which won the bronze medal.
Faster than they were in the morning heats, the French 4 x 50 freestyle relay swimmers (1:36.32 instead of 1:37.76), Anna SANTAMANS (24.05, new French record), Mélanie HENIQUE (24.11), Mathilde CINI (24.18), and Charlotte BONNET (23.98), who swam in the afternoon instead of Marie WATTEL, finished 5th in the final.
Anna SANTAMANS took the opportunity to shave another 10 hundredths off her French record, updated three times during the week.
As the last Frenchwoman in the competition at these World Championships, Charlotte BONNET finished 6th in the 200 freestyle final (1:54.02).
