Haïm Korsia, the Chief Rabbi of France, awarded the insignia of Knight of the Order of Merit to the Rabbi of Nice, Franck Teboul.

A week after the large gathering in France against antisemitism, the Chief Rabbi of France, Haïm Korsia, visited Nice.

In the Alpes-Maritimes region, the Jewish community comprises 45,000 people, with 32,000 in Nice. In the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region (PACA), 320 families have moved to Israel and made their aliyah. Among them, only a few people are from the Alpes-Maritimes.
