For several years, the program “I’m Moving,” led by Nice-based karate champion Christophe Pinna, has been helping women and men prepare physically and mentally for major popular sports events like a marathon, a trail, a tennis tournament, karate, swimming, or even Mud Day.
In total, more than 3,000 people from Nice have participated in Christophe Pinna’s training sessions.
Building on this success, “I’m Moving” is evolving and returning in 2019 not as pre-competition coaching but as half-day training sessions accessible to everyone.
It will no longer be just about pushing one’s limits to prepare for a sporting competition. It will be about refocusing on oneself and strengthening both physically and mentally.
Residents of Nice will undoubtedly find an activity suited for them in the vast playground that is the City of Nice: open water swimming, paddleboarding, indoor cycling, running in the city’s most beautiful parks…
