Each year, with the return of spring, the Pesticide Alternatives Week (SPAW) highlights numerous biological and natural solutions for better production and consumption.
More than 1,000 events – conferences, film debates, farm open days, gardens, workshops, or performances – are organized in France and abroad every year by citizens, associations, companies, and local authorities.
For its 14th edition, the Alternatives to Pesticides Week at the Maison de l’Environnement is organized around the theme of biodiversity. This is an opportunity for local stakeholders to mobilize to demonstrate that viable alternatives exist and to inform citizens about the risks of exposure to pesticides.
