The Francis-Gag Theater has just received the “Famille Plus” label after the review of its application by the Nice Tourist Office.
This label highlights the efforts by the City of Nice to welcome families and children through its cultural and sports facilities.
The Francis-Gag Theater contributes to this through dedicated shows and events, and also with an additional approach to raising awareness and awakening interest in theater and live art: the spectator’s school.
Implemented by the Nice Theater and Live Arts department, the spectator’s school allows nearly 2,000 children each year to attend performances during school hours and participate in practical workshops to deepen their understanding of a work and theatrical practice.
*”Famille Plus” is a national label born from the collaboration between three associations of tourist municipalities: the National Association of Elected Officials of Tourist Territories, the National Association of Mayors of Mountain Resorts, and the French Federation of Green Holiday Resorts and Snow Villages. This label is aimed at promoting member municipalities that have undertaken a comprehensive approach to family hospitality.
