On the occasion of the Fête des Mai, come and participate in a large Niçoise cuisine contest on Sunday, May 12th in the gardens of Cimiez, centered around an iconic recipe from our gastronomy: La Trucha.
In a few months, the Niçoise Cooking Workshop will open its doors at the heart of the Heritage Center located in Old Nice (14 Jules Gilly Street) and, to anticipate this opening, several events will be organized during the summer around Niçoise Cuisine.
One of these is the Niçoise cuisine contest of the Fête des Mai which will take place on Sunday, May 12th in the gardens of Cimiez with a jury composed of chefs, cooking teachers, and specialists in local gastronomy.

To register, nothing could be simpler, just send your application by May 8th via email to cuisine.nissarde@ville-nice.fr, including your last name, first name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number.
Once your application is validated, you will receive your invitation for the contest as well as the contest schedule.
You must present yourself on Sunday, May 12th at 11:30 AM with your dish, which will be displayed for 30 minutes before being tasted by the jury members.
