This Saturday at 9:30 AM, the 33rd Niçoise cuisine workshop in Occitan (Niçois and Vivaro-Alpine) will take place at the Condamine School in Drap.
The event is co-organized by the associations Nissa Pantai and Culture 06. We will prepare 3 recipes with explanations given in Niçard Occitan under the guidance of Lionel VEROLA, the workshop’s chef.
The organization will be overseen by Muriel VITETTI, president of Culture 06, while Cristòu DAURORE, a Niçard Occitan teacher, will lead the linguistic immersion.
