The May Festival, a traditional and family-oriented celebration, marks the return of the pleasant days, setting the rhythm for life in Nice throughout the month (on May 1st, 5th, 12th, and 19th from 10 am to 7 pm) in the Cimiez Arena Garden and the neighborhoods.
The festivities include: Musical activities, workshops and shows for children, the election of the May Queen, and a Niçoise cooking contest (on May 5th).
With the participation of Nice folk groups Nice la Belle, la Ciamada Nissarda, and the Traditional Arts Collective – Lou CAT.
