An offer at a flat rate of 3 euros per month
This offer is promoted by the Crédit Mutuel Facil’Accès and CIC Service Accueil networks. Here is what they offer:
– a current account for all everyday transactions: deposit of checks or cash, cash withdrawal;
- an international payment card, with balance control, for purchases or cash withdrawals; a second card is offered as part of a joint account;
– additional payment methods (direct debits, transfers, bank checks) without restriction;
- a remote banking service for complete management of transactions, including external transfers;

a telecommunications offer covering essential needs for 3.99 euros per month.
