Household accidents are the leading cause of mortality among young children. With more prevention, a large number of these accidents can be avoided.
In light of this observation, the City of Nice, in collaboration with the National Education, has implemented a fun and educational activity within schools to prevent such accidents and ensure the safety of young residents of Nice.
This Tuesday at 2 PM, children from Jean Macé nursery school will participate in interactive workshops led by two school nurses. These workshops are organized in a “Giant House” made up of everyday furniture (oven, ironing board, iron, etc., made of cardboard or wood) enlarged to show elements perceived by a child aged three and above.
