The 5th edition of the Open de Pétanque Handi-Valide is taking place on June 1st at the Henri Bernard Boulodrome in Nice. This event brings together people with disabilities and able-bodied people for a friendly pétanque competition.
Program of the day
– 9:00 AM – Welcome of participants: distribution and composition of the triplets
– 9:30 AM – Start of the qualifying rounds of the Open
– 12:00 PM – Friendly lunch
– 1:00 PM – Final rounds of the Open
– 3:30 PM – Awards ceremony with the presence of elected officials from CDOS 06, CDH 06, and CDSA 06, as well as representatives of local authorities.
Open Handi-Valide and Sports Inclusivity
The Open Handi-Valide allows bringing together people with disabilities and able-bodied people for a sporting competition. This event is organized by the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee of the Alpes-Maritimes and its Sports and Disability Division. It is carried out in close collaboration by CDOS 06, the 06 Handi Sport Departmental Committee, and the 06 Adapted Sports Departmental Committee.
