The French Ministry of Tourism has notified the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Tourist Office of its classification as Category 1, the highest distinction in terms of service quality, customer welcome, and advice for tourists. This classification, announced by prefectural decree on June 12, 2019, extends for a duration of five years.
Category 1 Tourist Offices offer expanded services, with a greater action and role within the territory, and are equipped with enhanced resources to better welcome, advise, and meet all demands.
