The trigger occurred after more than 25 years spent listening to the misfortunes of others. This collective awareness gave birth to this project where the necessity of preventing psychosocial risks seems inevitable.
How to help the most vulnerable individuals facing strenuous and stressful jobs, or what solutions to offer employers so that their employees come to work with a smile?
Behind the proposed performance, a significant issue unfolds: discussing the malaise in the workplace. “In France, one in fifty deaths is caused by suicide. This is more than the European average.
Through genuine situations portrayed with humor and related to the work environment, this play outlines the progression that, due to mismanagement or communication strategy errors, can lead to serious or, at the very least, difficult situations for employees to handle.
This performance makes the viewer experience the emotional degradation of employees subjected to long-term stress in their professional role, to disappointed hopes, unfulfilled promises, the “everything right now” mentality, lies, lack of consideration, inconsistency in decisions made, lack of recognition, and fear of the future.
Preventing psychosocial risks by simultaneously raising awareness among both employers and employees, without any taboo, is our challenge.
