This ambitious project, with a budget of more than 32 million, was built on a 13,000mยฒ plot owned by the city and covers an area of 5,400mยฒ.
Featuring a vegetable preparation area, a pastry section, and an educational space, the central kitchen will provide “a better environment for children with a capacity of 30,000 meals per day,” explains Christian Estrosi, “that’s 6,000 more meals than before.”
