While the South Region has implemented the “Sustainable Energy” voucher to help owners of individual homes insulate their homes, fake agents of the Region are currently carrying out abusive solicitations to individuals in the region.
The Region launched the “Sustainable Energy” voucher to help individuals reduce their heating expenses while contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by providing direct assistance for carrying out the insulation of lost attics in individual homes.
In order to respect the principles of sustainable development, the Region has completely digitalized the application procedures for the “Sustainable Energy” voucher. Thus, there are no agents from the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region on the ground, nor any company mandated to carry out such visits. The Region therefore calls for everyone’s vigilance and insists on not responding to any solicitation related to the “Sustainable Energy” voucher as it would necessarily be fraudulent.
