Inaugurated last night after renovation work, the former Museum of Photography and Image has regained its original name: Théâtre de L’Artistique.
It will serve as an Arts and Culture Center & Espace Ferrero, named after the generous donor of artworks to the city of Nice.
Returning to its original identity, L’Artistique once again becomes a unique and multidisciplinary venue. This new municipal establishment will be structured around two programming axes:
– Permanent exhibition spaces for artworks, thanks to the Jean Ferrero Donation Collection;
– The Cultural Center – led by Daniel Benoin – which will offer, in the auditorium, public lectures as well as regular interventions and meetings with renowned artists and entertainment professionals.
