This Saturday, in addition to the food collection, the first clothing collection of the season will take place at the Allianz Riviera, before the match between Gym and Angers (kick-off at 8:00 PM).
Volunteers from the Restos du Coeur will be waiting for you at the foot of the stairs at the Allianz Riviera to collect your donations, starting at 5:00 PM.
Clothes in good condition will be redistributed to families supported by the Restos du Coeur. This action is part of the Gym Solidaire program.
The collected clothes will be distributed among different Restos du Coeur centers in Nice (Boulevard Jean-Baptiste Vรฉrany, rue Dabray, Boulevard Paul Montel) where they will be sorted and classified by categories (summer/winter; men/women/children; size) and then distributed free of charge to those welcomed. Non-distributable items will be placed in containers for recycling.
It should be noted that each time the red and black supporters have generously mobilized during previous collections, several hundred kilos of clothing for the less fortunate have been collected. This total has even exceeded a ton on several occasions.
