Santé Publique France reports 30,668 Covid patients currently being treated, compared to 30,868 on Wednesday and 30,555 last Thursday. As for severe cases, 5,924 patients are currently in critical care (intensive care, intensive surveillance), compared to 5,902 on Wednesday and 5,705 last Thursday. 501 patients were admitted in the last 24 hours.
In the last 24 hours, 38,045 new cases have been recorded, averaging 35,517 per day over the past week.
