Twenty-seven companies and business networks gathered at the Prefecture of Alpes-Maritimes to present the 2021 report and sign new PAQTE agreements – Businesses engage with the support of the association Les Entreprises pour la Cité, responsible for facilitating the initiatives alongside state services.

Beyond the report, the event allowed for the emphasis on the national momentum surrounding PAQTE and the Businesses engage movement, the reporting methods with the new tool implemented by ANCT, and the national event report.

In 2021, the collective mobilization continued along the four axes of the PAQTE targeting neighborhood residents: raise awareness – train – recruit – purchase.

-1,082 neighborhood residents were supported during the year 2021, among whom:

  • 92 ninth-grade students enrolled in REP and REP+ benefited from internships either in-person or remotely, via the program www.monstagedetroisieme.fr, with innovative digital solutions, like Innov’Ton Stage, developed during the year by Les Entreprises pour la Cité, and other solutions deployed by partner associations. Over 200 internship offers were made available online by PAQTE signatories in Alpes-Maritimes for students attending priority schools.

  • 471 apprenticeship contracts were signed by PAQTE signatory companies, including 26 targeting young people residing in QPV (Priority Urban Zones)

  • 627 direct recruitments of individuals living in QPV (permanent contracts, interim permanent contracts, temporary contracts, fixed-term contracts, etc.), coaching actions, job seeker mentoring, etc.

  • 33 partnerships and initiatives with entrepreneurs and SSE (Social and Solidarity Economy) structures in QPV or whose actions benefit people living in QPV
