The “Transparency” program in La Trinité, a fine example of social diversity

Latest News

This Saturday in Trinité, the inauguration of the “Transparency” program, which aims to be a pioneer in its approach to social diversity, marks a new step forward in the area’s real estate policy.

Indeed, it is the first operation in the Metropolitan territory consisting of free-market housing, social home ownership, and social rental housing that offers social diversity at the floor level, rather than at the stairwell or building level.

The local housing program (PLH) outlines the ambition of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis to produce housing for all budgets and citizen expectations, whether they are working individuals, seniors, students, eligible for social housing, or seeking home ownership.

The momentum initiated has significantly improved the situation in the metropolitan territory, particularly in the domain of affordable home ownership. In 2012, 22 developers and 15 social landlords indeed joined forces with the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, enabling the execution of mixed operations at controlled land prices and also offering future buyers housing at controlled costs.
