Wednesday, May 11 promises to be eventful in the western area of Nice.

Indeed, the city is hosting three events simultaneously, catering to all tastes. In the morning, the famous Swedish brand IKEA opened its doors in the shopping area located behind the Allianz Riviera Stadium, which will be hosting the Ligue 1 football match between Nice and Saint-Etienne starting at 7 PM. In the evening, Belgian singer Angรจle will perform at the Palais Nikaรฏa. Therefore, the various public transport lines are likely to be saturated.
Traffic will be adjusted in the Saint-Isidore area.

By tram:

  • The tram line 3 operates from the ”ย Port Lympiaย ” station to ”ย Saint-Isidoreย ” every 10 to 11 minutes from 5 PM to 6:14 PM.
  • From 6:14 PM until the match time, the line runs on this same route every 15 to 20 minutes.
  • At the end of the match, trams depart every 4 minutes starting from 8:55 PM from the ”ย Stadiumย ” station heading towards ”ย Port Lympiaย “.

By car:

Drivers wishing to head to Saint Isidore by car are advised to use exit no. 51 on the A8 highway (Digue des Franรงais, avenue Simone Weil, then avenue Pierre de Coubertin).
From Nice, the recommended route is boulevard de Mercantour and then Avenue Auguste Vรฉrol.
