The student associations of SKEMA Business School, HOPE (Humanitarian Organization Promoting Equity), and SKEMA Yachting, are organizing a coastline cleanup in collaboration with the Project Rescue Ocean association.
The desire to fight for the preservation of biodiversity
From the desire to create an inter-association project between HOPE and SKEMA Yachting, the idea to clean the coastline’s surroundings was born. For a long time, the associations wanted to share a common project. Thatโs when Project Rescue Ocean became the perfect answer: the two student associations immediately joined its projects and decided to bring in the divers from the association to clean the coastline and organize a large-scale civic action.
Why organize a coastline cleanup?
This project aims to raise awareness about environmental preservation and the importance of properly disposing of waste in suitable trash bins. The divers from Project Rescue Ocean, known for having dived in places like the port of Marseille, in Hawaii, in Mauritius, and in Sรจte, will be heading to Antibes.
This event is open to everyone: amateur divers, casual onlookers, young and old, committed individuals, and curious people, with the goal of making this morning a citizen and responsible moment.
