On the occasion of Refugee Day, civic and humanitarian organizations such as Amnesty International Liguria, Amnesty International 06, Popoli in Arte, ADN, Caritas Intemelia, Ventimiglia Confine Solidale, and Pigna Mon Amour are organizing two events:
This Sunday at 3:30 PM, all citizens are invited to the Church of San Antonio in Ventimiglia, where associations and volunteers who have worked in Ventimiglia will gather around Pistoletto’s Venus of the Rags for an event to share the experiences of hospitality at the Church of San Antonio.
Messages written by migrants in recent days will be displayed and read, providing an opportunity for listening and sharing to open hearts to hope and to write a better story soon.
Wednesday, June 20th at 5:30 PM: Meeting at the French-Italian border in Menton around Pistoletto’s 3 Paradis at 5:30 PM while the Venus will depart with its messages to the border for them to be read there.
