In the Nice academy, 22,144 candidates attended the June 2018 session of the baccalaurรฉat (56.9% in the general series, 20.1% in the technology series, and 23.0% in the professional series).
In total, 17,625 candidates from the academy passed the first round, which is nearly 8 out of 10 candidates. Considering all types of baccalaurรฉats, the pass rate for the first round is 79.6%. This is an increase of 1 point compared to the 2017 results.
2,952 candidates will be able to take the second round starting Monday, July 9, which represents 13.3%, while 1,567 candidates are deferred (7.1%).
1,682 candidates in the general baccalaurรฉat, 132 candidates in the technological baccalaurรฉat, and 125 candidates in the professional baccalaurรฉat earned the “Trรจs Bien” distinction.
