To Action, Radicals! by Patrick Mottard

Latest News

This Wednesday, the Radical Valorisans hosted “their” national co-president Laurent Hรฉnart, the mayor of Nancy. Invited, I therefore participated in this friendly meeting. A small delegation of about a dozen PRG members accompanied me, including a few elected officials from Nice (Dominique), Carros (Franรงois-Xavier Noat), and Vence (Yves Rousguisto).

It was an opportunity for me to emphasize the importance of the newfound independence gained by the merging of the radicals and the need to implement it quickly by imposing our preferred themes in the national political debate.

And to recall the three areas where we disagree with the presidential majority: secularism, the territories, and social justice. A triptych that I had already developed a few days ago after Guillaume Lacroix’s speech at the national office.

It was therefore with satisfaction that I heard Laurent Hรฉnart reiterate this argument after my intervention.

So, in principle, the radicals agree on the way forward, which is good news. There is only one small detail left to resolve: putting words into action!
