“Nice Celebrates its Return” over the weekend is the major event on the Nice events calendar.
A mega-village, set up on the Promenade des Anglais, Quai des Etats-Unis, Théâtre de Verdure, Music Kiosk, and the Nice Opera House, will allow the people of Nice and the inhabitants of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis to find, in one unique location, all the services offered.
Over 10,000 visitors praised the event by strolling among the stands last year.
More than 250 associations and about ten municipal departments will offer visitors of all ages the chance to learn, discover, test, or even join the numerous activities available.

At the stands, the public will be able to interact with representatives of the 250 associations present.
The workshops, in dedicated spaces, will give those interested the opportunity to discover or learn about certain activities.
A rich and very varied program of activities will showcase, over the two days, a wide range of work carried out by associations and their members.
– The prestigious Montserrat Caballé foyer of the Nice Opera will host a series of conferences offered by the City of Nice and its weekend partners.
The large tent of the City of Nice will allow the expected numerous visitors to learn about the event itself but also find all the municipal offerings in one place, obtain the necessary contacts and documentation, and even register directly.
On the Quai des Etats-Unis, there will be the opportunity to try different sports disciplines.
At the Théâtre de Verdure and around the Music Kiosk, the Seniors Delegation will present the numerous available activities which you can register for.
For the occasion, sports facilities will be set up to discover the 35 sports activities represented: athletic track, archery, tennis lessons, ice rink, climbing wall, boxing ring… For seniors, more than 25 activities will be offered, including yoga, computer classes, photography, painting, dance…
Nearly 50 conferences will also punctuate these two days and will be held in the Montserrat Caballé foyer of the Nice Côte d’Azur Opera.
Finally, to close the weekend, the Harmony Orchestra, which usually performs every Sunday at the Music Kiosk, will offer a concert at the Théâtre de Verdure from 6 PM to 7 PM.
