The next episode of Antoine de Caunes’ show will be filmed today in Nice and will focus on Niçoise Cuisine. Framboise Deschamps, World Champion of Pan Bagnat, and Franck Viano, initiator of the collective, will spend the day with Antoine de Caunes to introduce him to the riches of Niçoise gastronomy.

From 10 AM to 11 AM, there will be a tour of the Cours Saleya with Franck Viano (born in Old Nice) to discover local products, followed by a lunch at noon at the restaurant “Le Millesime” of Aurelien Nourry (17 Smolett Street – Nice) for a demonstration of making a Pan Bagnat by its World Champion, Framboise Deschamps. In the early afternoon, the filming will continue at the restaurant A Butteghi’na of Chef Sophie Agroglio (11 Market Street – Old Nice) with the preparation of the traditional Niçoise salad and a presentation of the Collective.

It’s a great opportunity to highlight our culinary heritage and showcase all our initiatives (competitions, charity meals, etc.).
