The conference at the Sciences Po campus in Menton provided a platform for a remarkable range of speakers who were able to share their experiences and viewpoints with the attendees.
Organized by CDOS 06 and its president Philippe Manassero, and moderated by Bernard Maccario, president of CREPS Paca, the conference focused on two main themes: governance and discrimination.
For Dominique Bertolotto, president of the women’s commission of CDOS 06: “Moral aggression, harassment, gender parity in governance (today, only a little over 10% of sports federations are led by a woman), and female representation in leadership are topics that must evolve in the near future.”
