Organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, and Agriculture of Imperia under the leadership of Enrico Lupi, president of Promoriviera di Liguria, the Olio Oliva festival, dedicated to highlighting the olive trades and products, will be held from November 9 to 11.
Several figures from the Nice region have been invited to represent the richness of our local culinary heritage and its strong ties with other Mediterranean regions.
The participants from Nice and the Côte d’Azur are: Sébastien Experton (socca), Hanane Brugière (caterer from Nice), Philippe GHIEU (creator of the Galets de Nice), and Jean Spizzo (winegrower from Bellet).
