The Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond or coconut)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric (fresh if possible)
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- A small pinch of black pepper and grated ginger (fresh if possible)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Whisk to mix the ingredients well.
- Reduce to low heat and let it steep for a good 10 minutes.
