The prefecture of Alpes-Maritimes has issued a decree to prohibit the use, transport, and sale of combustible products and hydrochloric acid during the All Saints’ Day weekend. The ban also applies to the sale of fuel in “any portable container.”
This decree came into effect on Friday, October 29 at midnight and will end on Monday, November 1 at 6 PM.
The prefecture is concerned about possible car fires or other blazes, especially on the night of the 31st โ Halloween night. Through this prohibition, it seeks to limit the risks.
