In a video posted on social media, the head of state announced the implementation of several measures against school bullying.

This day, November 18, marks the fight against school bullying. President Emmanuel Macron has called, through a video posted on social media, for โ€œthe shame to change sides.โ€ He announced that several measures will be put in place to continue this fight. The head of state first wants to facilitate reporting, and for this, the emergency number to report bullying โ€“ 3018 โ€“ will be turned into a mobile app to be launched next February. Through this app, any witness of a bullying act will be able to send a message, a video, a screenshot, or a photo to report it. This is a measure that speeds up case processing.

Emmanuel Macron also announced his intention to strengthen adolescent support houses and youth reception centers to provide places where awareness of bullying can be raised.

Finally, he wishes to create a โ€œdigital awareness certificationโ€ for 6th-grade classes at the start of the 2022 school year and for all classes by 2023.
