Elli Chrysidou is a post-conceptual artist. Born in Greece, she lives and works in Thessaloniki. She spent several years in France studying and teaching. Her multimedia works reflect her immersion in European culture.
Her new exhibition at the Depardieu Gallery in Nice, entitled Materia Prima, includes a series of drawings that emphasize the status and identity of women through the art of Dürer.
