In its ongoing effort to strengthen its involvement with medical-social services, the Alpes-Maritimes department has created the Departmental Center for Autonomy Professions (CDMA).


The CDMA supports medical-social establishments and services in terms of employment and the attractiveness of professions related to aging and disability. On this occasion, the CDMA is launching three calls for projects.

Provision of a digital human resources platform
To connect employers and professionals in the health and medical-social sectors, a digital platform will be implemented. The goal: better visibility of the job offer on the territory for professionals seeking employment and enabling establishments to recruit available professionals.

Launch of a network of autonomy profession ambassadors
To revitalize the attractiveness of autonomy professions, which currently lack personnel, the department aims to set up a network of ambassadors. This will promote autonomy professions through activities that enhance the value of their work. The goal: to enhance and recognize these professions through the ambassador title and raise awareness about these professions, particularly among middle and high school students and job seekers…

Creation of a professional digital passport
This professional digital passport will consist of a booklet of professional skills acquired throughout one’s career, as well as skills being acquired and to be acquired. This booklet will facilitate professional transitions such as career changes or switching establishments.
