At Jardin Albert 1er – Plateau des Brumes
The OFF Festival of Gardens of the Côte d’Azur continues until May 1st, and the City of Nice invites you this weekend for an end-of-week event themed around green spaces: “Nice, green city”.
From April 1st to May 1st, the 1st Festival of Gardens of the Côte d’Azur takes place, organized by the Departmental Council, with the theme “The Awakening of the Senses”.
The Festival, whose jury president is Julie Depardieu, consists of a competition for the creation of 10 ephemeral gardens of 200 square meters, designed by landscape architects, landscaping companies, and other landscape professionals.
The ephemeral gardens are spread across 5 flagship cities known for their gardens, each hosting 2 gardens, which are presented to the public during the month of April. As the capital of flowers, so celebrated during the Carnival, it is only natural that Nice is hosting two gardens entered in the competition.
