From May 23 to 27, 2024, the Festival A Ciel Ouvert returns for its third edition, taking place in the magnificent settings of Château de Bellet and Ruhl Plage in Nice. Organized by Oléa Compagnie Méditerranéenne, this event celebrates the talent of the Azurean companies and showcases their latest creations.
The Festival A Ciel Ouvert is an essential annual event that celebrates the performing arts and highlights the talent of Azurean companies. Organized by Oléa Compagnie Méditerranéenne, it offers a varied program accessible to everyone, from the youngest to culture enthusiasts.
At the heart of this edition, the Festival A Ciel Ouvert focuses on local artistic creation, with a diverse program ranging from theater to dance and music. Indeed, shows for all ages will be presented, along with free workshops for young people and culture enthusiasts. “The Festival A Ciel Ouvert enters its third act with an ambitious and festive program that celebrates movement, whether in words, bodies, or emotions, between the hills and the sea,” said Clément Vieu, the festival director.
The festival will also award the Prix A Ciel Ouvert to an emerging author, thus reaffirming its commitment to local talents. This year, Thierry Chaumillon will be honored for his work. To close the event, an electrifying evening is planned at Ruhl Plage, with a concert by Maybe Merlin and a performance by dancer Eli El Sultan.
