On Monday, July 10, the Alpes-Maritimes Committee of the League Against Cancer and the City of Villeneuve-Loubet will sign a partnership agreement for the designation of 44 smoke-free areas (6 beaches, 38 gardens and children’s play areas, school, daycare, and nursery exits, sports and cultural spaces in the commune).
Villeneuve-Loubet will become the municipality with the most “Smoke-Free Spaces” labeled in the department!
Thanks to this partnership, the Departmental Committee of the League Against Cancer is among the top three in France, along with the departments of Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, to have more than 100 smoke-free areas.
