For the professional integration of its graduates and the recruitment of its staff, the university from the Azure Coast has decided to partner with Apec, the Association for Executive Employment.
The agreement between the two partners has a dual objective. Firstly, it allows students in initial training and continuous professional training to master the tools for supporting professional integration and development, to better understand the data of the executive job market, and to more easily find a job once graduated. Secondly, it aims to optimize UCA’s staff recruitments through the development of joint actions.
Université Côte d’Azur promises to, in this perspective, introduce its students, continuing professional training interns, apprentices, young graduates, PhDs/candidates, and alumni to the services of Apec in order to optimize their search for internships, apprenticeships, or first jobs, as well as the events organized by the association, and to involve the latter in university-organized events. Special communication will also be conducted to direct Master’s students and young graduates to the #FirstJobObjective workshops.
Supporting the university’s HR teams
Apec, on its side, hopes to assist the university’s audience towards employment through its remote services (digital tools, web workshops, CV advice by phone, etc.) as well as in person (individual appointments, workshops, networking events with recruiters, etc.). It will also be alongside the alumni, these former students of the “fac” and the CPT interns who are considering their professional development, to support them in their projects for internal/external mobility, reconversion, training, expatriation, or business creation.
Good to know, Université Côte d’Azur is the 4th largest public employer in the department and enjoys a privileged position in the work ecosystem, just like Apec which works for the employment of executives and young graduates with at least a bachelor’s degree. The association will also support the university’s HR teams in their recruitment and skills management projects by providing advice on publishing their job offers.
This collaborative work, already initiated and strengthened by the formalization of this partnership, thus enables the recruitment and integration of talents in various professional domains, while also enhancing the employability of Université Côte d’Azur’s staff.
