The Federation of Student Associations and Corporations 06 is implementing its “Appart-é” plan for the third consecutive year. Co-funded by the Nice metropolis, this project allows students to find an apartment for a rent lower than the market rate.
With the large number of young people coming to study in Nice, this assistance is welcome. However, there are conditions to be met. The student requesting housing must be in a precarious situation and must be able to prove their attendance and dedication.
These apartments of at least 30m2 are located on Avenue Cyrille Besset. They could contribute to a good start or continuation of studies for some. However, FACE 06 currently offers only five of them, a number they hope to increase over the years.
The students’ applications were reviewed by a commission on August 1st. Now they just need validation from the Metropolis Nice Côte d’Azur.
