This week, the town of Tende will be bustling. Two celebrations are anticipated: the 17th edition of the grand Fête Paysanne and the Fête de la Saint Roch et des bergers.
The festivities begin on August 10th with the Fête Paysanne, which lasts until August 13th. This event is an opportunity to showcase the region’s products, crafts, and music. Numerous activities are planned under the big top, such as a “Tribute to the Beatles and the Rolling Stones” concert on Friday at 9 PM.
As for the Fête des Bergers, it will take place from Saturday, August 12th to Tuesday, August 15th. This festival will combine masses, songs, and demonstrations of the work of beekeepers and shepherds.
A parking lot 200 meters from the town center will be available, under the railway viaduct.
